Bilal Khizar, finance professional turned AI builder. Built and operated solo: skyscore.co.uk, the Sky Score iOS app, a public API covering 12 UK city-regions - 94 boroughs across London, Greater Manchester, the West Midlands, West and South Yorkshire, Merseyside, Tyne and Wear, Bristol, Leicester, Teesside, Cardiff and Nottingham - plus around 182 New York residential ZIP codes, and an open methodology published on GitHub.
